This Exchange Policy explains how you can request an exchange and under what conditions we accept and process exchange requests.
1. Exchange Period
You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Exchange requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in new or lightly used condition;
- All included parts and accessories must be complete;
- The item must not show signs of intentional damage, excessive wear, or missing components;
- Items returned after the allowed time frame may be refused.
3. How to Request an Exchange

We will respond within 24 hours with instructions and details for your exchange.
4. Preparing and Returning the Item
Once your exchange request is approved, you must return the item to the provided address within 7 days. Please follow the guidelines below to return the item:
- You are responsible for preparing the return shipping label;
- Please use a trackable shipping method to return the items;
- All approved exchange items must be returned to the following address:

5. Price Differences During Exchange
If the newly selected item is more expensive than the original item, you will need to pay the price difference before we ship the replacement.
If the newly selected item is less expensive than the original item, we will refund the difference to your original payment method (PayPal).
6. Shipping Costs
Regardless of the reason for the exchange, all shipping costs related to the exchange will be covered by us.
7. Processing Time for Exchanges
Once we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item within 3 business days.
If the requested replacement item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or other suitable arrangements.
8. When Exchanges Cannot Be Processed
We may not be able to process an exchange in the following situations:
- The exchange request is submitted after the 14-day window;
- The item is severely damaged, missing parts, or does not meet the exchange conditions;
- The package is returned without prior approval or without an exchange request;
- There are repeated or unreasonable exchange requests for the same order.
