We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not offer shipping to H.K. territories or international destinations at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time is 6 to 13 business days. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or transportation restrictions. In such cases, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

After shipment, we will send an email containing the tracking number.

4. Total Delivery Time

7 to 16 business days (processing time + shipping time).

The system will automatically select the most suitable carrier based on your shipping address. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Orders over $89: Free Shipping

Orders under $89: $10 Flat Rate Shipping

All orders are shipped within the United States and do not involve customs duties. Sales tax may apply depending on your state and will be displayed at checkout.

8. Shipping Protection

All packages include basic shipping protection. If your package is lost, severely damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the status update and provide:

Photos or relevant details (if applicable)

We will offer an appropriate solution, such as reshipping or a refund.

9. Address Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Customers are responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.
