2. What We Sell

We offer a variety of apparel products. All product information displayed on the website, including styles and pricing, is based on the details shown on each product page. Items undergo standard checks prior to shipment to ensure accuracy in quantity and condition.

3. How We Sell

Orders are placed directly through our website. We currently support PayPal as the only payment method. Once payment is completed, the order enters processing. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

4. How We Ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only. The system automatically selects the most suitable carrier, including FedEx, UPS, or DHL, based on the delivery address. Estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days. Total delivery time, including processing, is approximately 7–16 business days.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, strikes, or transportation restrictions. In such cases, customers will be notified when possible.

5. How We Provide After-Sales Support

Returns & Refunds: Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be in new or lightly used condition with all components included. All return shipping costs are covered by us. After inspection, refunds are issued within 3 business days to the original PayPal payment method. Full details can be found in our Refund Policy.

Exchanges: Exchange requests follow the same conditions and timelines as returns. If the new item is priced higher, the customer must pay the difference before shipping. If the new item is priced lower, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method. All shipping costs related to exchanges are covered by us.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. If the order has already shipped, customers may submit a return request as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Customer Support: Customers may contact us through email or phone for assistance with orders, shipping, or after-sales service. Emails are typically responded to within 24 hours.
