This Cancellation Policy explains how you can request to cancel your order and under what conditions a cancellation or partial cancellation may be approved.
1. Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order before it enters the processing stage. Once an order has entered processing (typically within 1–3 business days after payment), it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

We will reply within 24 hours to confirm whether your order can still be cancelled.
3. Partial Cancellation
If your order contains multiple items, you may request to cancel only the items that have not yet been shipped.
The refund rules for partial cancellations are the same as for a full order cancellation and will be based on the value of the cancelled items.
4. When an Order Cannot Be Cancelled
Your order generally cannot be cancelled in the following situations:
- The order has already entered the shipping process;
- The package has been picked up by the carrier;
- The package is in transit;
- The shipping system shows the order as shipped, even if tracking information has not fully updated yet.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer wish to keep the items, you may submit a return request after receiving the package in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. Refunds After Successful Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved and the order (or part of the order) is still eligible for cancellation, we will complete your refund within 3 business days, using the original payment method (PayPal).
6. Store-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Pricing or system errors;
- Items out of stock or discontinued;
- Incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping address;
- Payment issues or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
If we cancel your order for any of the above reasons, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
