1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method.

2. Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

No. You can pay as a guest through PayPal using a credit or debit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

3. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

4. How long does shipping take?

The estimated shipping time is 6–13 business days. The total delivery time, including processing, is approximately 7–16 business days.

5. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to H.K. territories or international destinations.

6. Which carriers do you use?

We partner with FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Our system will automatically select the most suitable carrier based on your shipping address and logistics conditions.

7. How much is the shipping fee?

Our shipping fees are as follows:

  • Orders over $89: Free shipping
  • Orders under $89: $10 flat-rate shipping

8. Can I choose the shipping carrier myself?

At this time, you cannot manually select the carrier. The system will automatically assign the optimal carrier for your location.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to follow the delivery status online.

10. What happens if my shipment is delayed?

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, strikes, or transportation restrictions. If a significant delay occurs, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

11. Can I cancel my order?

You may request to cancel your order before it enters processing. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled.

12. Can I partially cancel my order?

Yes. If your order contains multiple items, you may request to cancel items that have not yet been shipped. The amount for the cancelled items will be refunded to your original payment method according to our policy.

13. Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?

No. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, after receiving the package, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Refund Policy.

14. How do I request a return?

15. What are the conditions for returns?

Items must be in new or lightly used condition, with all parts and accessories complete, and must not show signs of intentional damage or excessive wear. Detailed conditions are described in our Refund Policy.

16. Who pays for the return shipping cost?

Regardless of the reason for the return, all return shipping costs are covered by us.

17. How do I request an exchange?

To request an exchange, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. The process is similar to a return, and we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.

18. What if the price of the exchange item is different?

If the new item is more expensive than the original item, you will need to pay the price difference before we ship the replacement. If the new item is less expensive, we will refund the difference to your original payment method (PayPal).
